Located in South Seneca County, Donna and Bill bought Clearview Farm in 1988. Here on this seventy acre farm in Interlaken NY, we raised our family, food and had a market garden. Fifty tillable acres had been in a rotation of certified organic field crops since the beginning. In 2025 the fields have been turned over to pastures where regenerative farming is practiced.

Today sheep and cattle roam the farm while we still produce a mixed variety of fruits and vegetables and beautiful garlic that we bring to you.

We have been saving garlic seed for over thirty years. Each Fall, before the snow flies, we put back in the ground only the best cloves.
