Located in South Seneca County, Donna and Bill bought Clearview Farm in 1988. Here on this seventy acre farm in Interlaken NY, we raised our family, food and had a market garden. Fifty tillable acres have been in a rotation of certified organic field crops farmed by Tony since the beginning.

Today the farm is still producing certified organic grains, a mixed variety of fruits and vegetables and beautiful garlic that we bring to you.

We have been saving garlic seed for over twenty-five years. Each Fall, before the snow flies, we put back in the ground only the best cloves.
